What is your return policy? Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Unopened products will be charged a 15% restocking fee for refunds or customer may elect for 100% store credit. Opened items will be charged a 30% restocking fee. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Products that require activation cannot be returned due to the nature of activation.
